One&Only Palmilla will welcome guests back to a resort that is better than ever, featuring the same incredible warm and genuine service that guests love. Past guests of the resort will find again what they had come to love about it, but will also discover new experiences through a number of new elements, including a new steakhouse, SEARED, by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, completely refurbished guest rooms and suites, new adult outdoor lounging areas and a new One&Only Spa and Fitness Centre.New additions to the property include SEARED, a steakhouse from Michelin-starred chef Jean Georges-Vongerichten that boasts décor designed by Jeffrey Beers International and a new ocean-facing outdoor dining terrace. Also new is the OBO Salon by Johnathan & George and the Barber & Blade men’s salon. As always, the One & Only will deliver exceptional service, including their famous dedicated butlers, to each of their guests.
