Edmonton Journal-Bryophyta found in Teardrop Glacier successfully grown in the laboratory environment.
A new fact has been discovered about the types of plants that can live after being frozen for 400 years since the little ice age, as the results of observations made by a team of scientists from the University of Alberta.The plant species are the class Bryophyta. The scientists tem observation results as published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
