Patricia Churchland is an emerita professor from UCSD and the author of many books, including Touching a Nerve: The Self as Brain (2013), Braintrust: What Neuroscience Tells Us about Morality (2012), and Brain-Wise: Studies in Neurophilosophy (2002), as well as other books.
