FASTING BY AL QURAN
(Al Baqarah 183 -188 are required routine fasting during daylight hours during Ramadan; According to An-Nisa '92; Al Maa'idah 89 and Al Maa'idah 92; was true for poor people and possessions can be replaced to replace fasting)

Al Baqarah 184:

But to fast is best for you, if you only knew.

Al Baqarah 185.
